Your ground transportation reservations is valid for the date, time and location on your confirmation.
Although Telluride Express is not responsible for delayed flights, they will generally wait up to 30 minutes from the original scheduled arrival time. Upon your arrival please check in at their counter at either Telluride or Montrose Airports prior to retrieving your luggage (or meet the driver curbside at any other regional airport.)
If your travel arrangements change, (flight delay, cancellations, missed flight, etc.) Especially while en route, it is very important to contact Telluride Express and keep them advised of your new arrival time. Please do not assume the airlines are keeping them posted about your arrival. With this information, they will make every attempt to accommodate your new arrival time and possible avoid additional cost to you.
Refunds are generally available for cancellations with at least 48 hours advance notice.
When departing from Telluride, please have your luggage curbside at the scheduled pick up time.
If weather conditions at Telluride Airport are inclement on your departure day, the possibility exists that your flight may be cancelled. The airlines personnel will assist in re-booking you on a alternate flight out of Telluride, or in most cases, out of Montrose. Only the airlines will know with certainty the status of your flight. It is important, therefore, that you keep in close communications with the airlines and Telluride Express, ( so they may adjust your pick-up schedule accordingly.)
If you have a reservation for an early morning pick-up (i.e. before 7am), Telluride Express will (if you have called in to reconfirm and leave your phone number) to arrange for you to receive a phone call from your assigned driver the evening prior to your departure. The driver will confirm the pick-up time and provide you with his/her phone number. If you do not receive this confirmation call by approximately 9:00pm - 10:00pm, check with Resort Quest International , who may have a message for you. We all wish to eliminate an early morning crisis.
