    Telluride is easy to reach with non-stop service from 6 major cities on 4 carriers. American: daily non-stop jet service from Dallas/Fort Worth to Montrose & Saturday non-stop jet service from Chicago-O'Hare to Montrose.

    Continental: daily non-stop jet service from Houston to Montrose & Saturday non-stop jet service from Newark to Montrose.

    United Express has frequent daily flights from Denver to Montrose as well as Saturday and Sunday non-stop jet service on United Airlines.

    America West has daily flights from Phoenix to Telluride.

    The Gondola

    Telluride boasts the most innovative transportation system in North America. Serving as a link between historic Telluride and Mountain Village, the gondola eliminates the need to drive between towns. Running daily from 7am to midnight, the gondola is free to foot passengers.

    No need for a car

    No need for a car in Telluride as everything is walking distance in a town just eight blocks wide, twelve blocks long. However, for guests who wish to rest their legs after a long day on the slopes, Telluride offers free shuttle service on the Galloping Goose from the gondola's Station Telluride. The Galloping Goose loops through town in 20 minute intervals stopping on every corner. Dial-A-Ride offers complimentary transportation within Mountain Village. Guests should call 970-728-8888 to make arrangements.
