Ski Beaver Creek

Truly one of the most awe-inspiring resorts in North America, Beaver Creek offers more of everything. World-class skiing and riding, luxurious spas, ski-in/out accommodations, fine dining, unique shops and boutiques, family friendly activities and warm mountain hospitality.

The biggest news in resort vacation experiences is the opening of Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Celebrating its Grand Opening in November 2002, this exquisite hotel features 237 rooms, a 21,000 sq ft spa and fitness center and skier service area. Gallantly anchoring Bachelor Gulch Village and located next to a high-speed quad chairlift, the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch provides the perfect location for experiencing Beaver Creek's unique Village-to-Village skiing.

Always on the leading edge, Beaver Creek has expanded its eVill@geä technology to rooms across the resort. Guests staying in select properties throughout the resort have access to eVillageä, an in-room custom terminal featuring an online resort concierge with booking capabilities plus Internet and email. eVillageä can be found in rooms at The Pines Lodge, a RockResort, The Inn at Beaver Creek and Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort.

It's the little touches that Beaver Creek guests remember and come back for time and time again, things like fresh-baked cookies and complimentary souvenir postcards in the village at the end of the ski day, heated walkways and covered escalators whisking skiers to the slopes and complimentary Village transportation.

    Common Misperceptions:

Beaver Creek offers no nightlife/nothing to do…

Beaver Creek Resort and the surrounding area offer a surprisingly diverse selection of nighttime diversion.

    · Guests looking for a "night on the town" will enjoy the local flavor of The Coyote Café or Dusty Boot Saloon. Nearby Avon offers a number of bars, including Agave and Cassidy's Hole in the Wall.

    · The Vilar Center for the Arts presents live music, comedy, dance, theatre performances and films year-round. Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, this 530-seat theatre is a great night out!

    · Give ice-skating a try at Black Family Ice Rink in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. This outdoor ice rink is open year-round and has become a very popular nighttime activity.

    · Try dinner on the slopes! Beaver Creek offers 2 unique dining experiences that happen on mountain and are accessed by a snowcat-drawn sleigh ride. At Beano's Cabin, savor an exquisite 5-course meal. Allie's Cabin sits in a grove of Aspen and boasts spectacular views of Beaver Creek Village. The premier on-mountain steakhouse, Allie's Cabin is a "can't miss".

    Top 5 Selling Points:

    · Unique Village-to-Village ski experience: Ski between the 3 Village base areas and enjoy the outstanding views and diverse terrain.

    · 75% of lodging in Beaver Creek Village is ski-in/out. Ski paths provide convenient access to the lifts and many properties-even moderately priced properties!

    · Fine dining, luxurious spas, arts and events, unique shops and boutiques all complement Beaver Creek's world-class reputation for service and experience excellence.

    · Easy access-Vail/Eagle County Airport just 25 minutes away with non-stop jet service daily.

    · One Ticket-Five Resorts! Interchangeable lift ticket allows skiers and riders to also experience Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

    Best Resort Client:

Everyone! Families love Beaver Creek's safe and festive pedestrian villages as well as the diversity of terrain, impeccable grooming, top-of-the-mountain beginner terrain, and award-winning ski schools.

Couples enjoy the resort's intimate and cozy ambiance, fine dining, spas and off-mountain activities as much as they enjoy the challenging terrain or mountaintop Nordic center. It may come as a surprise to some, but Beaver Creek is also a boarder's paradise. The sick, steep lines of Grouse Mountain require skill and confidence; the groomed runs of Bachelor Gulch Village are a canvas waiting to be carved; Moonshine Snow Park and Pipe features more than 14 jumps, 12 rails and a fun box.

    · Catch a performance at The Vilar Center. You'll be awed at the beauty of the facility and the quality and variety of performances.

    · Après Ski in the sunshine at the Arrhowbahn Café in Arrowhead Village.
