Property Description:: King's Crossing Solar Town Homes are two blocks off the Main Street of downtown Winter Park. Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom units are on two levels with a spacious 1,400 square feet of living space. The ground floor has a private indoor hot-tub in the solarium, accessible from the coat room entrance and also from the master bedroom which has a queen-size bed plus en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has either two twins or a queen-sized bed, with a bathroom and washer & dryer off the hallway. Upstairs the great room with vaulted pine-paneled ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room together with large moss-rock gas fireplace, wireless internet access, TV and VCR. This floor also contains a third bedroom with queen-size bed and separate bathroom.
