Basic Details:
The link goes through our Ski Concierge on our Server and 4 things take place:
- The Ski Concierge identifies the client from your company and immediately places the client on the RIDE rental plan and shows them their savings as a client of your company.
- The Server processes the reservation into our system and holds the skis.
- A Confirmation of the reservation is immediately sent back to the client at their e-mail box.
- A confirmation of the reservation is then sent to your company e-mail box ( at the address you provide) so you have a confirmation on file as well. ( This feature can be disabled if not desired)

Voucher Text: Vouchers must have Name, Type of Rental Package, Length of Package, Reservation and Confirmation Numbers, Name of Hotel being used. Reservation should indicate "Voucher Payment" where applicable.
