The rates are certainly reasonable. Performance on our room block is critical as this insures the extensive meeting space that our Network requires. Room Block: Grand Summit Hotel Guestrooms, Sundial Lodge Guestrooms and Silverado Lodge Guestrooms are the only rooms held in the SkiTops' block. Reservation Cut Off Date: Please make your room reservations before Friday, March 2, 2012. After this, reservations are based on space and rate availability. Deposit: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or down-grades. Cancellations: The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least seven-days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Parking: Valet parking is available at the Grand Summit at a rate of $16, per car, per night and $8 per car for meeting attendees for up to an eight-hour period. Self parking is complimentary. Underground parking for Sundial Lodge and Silverado Lodge guests is complimentary.
